Hi, I'm Nora and I'm a co-founder of Outland Psychology. I bring a heartfelt approach to psychology, deeply influenced by my journey through various cultures and my academic roots at Utrecht University. With a Master's degree under my belt, I've had the privilege of diving into a world of diverse languages including English, Arabic, and German. This experience has not only enriched my ability to communicate but also sharpened my sensitivity to the cultural tapestry that shapes us all.
In my work, I blend a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a special focus on couples counselling. My goal is to build bridges of understanding and connection, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I'm all about creating a space where everyone feels free to explore their inner world, knowing they're supported every step of the way.
For me, therapy is a collaborative journey. I see each of my clients as the leading expert on their own life, and my role is to provide insight, support, and guidance. Whether we're tackling individual concerns or navigating the complexities of relationships, my commitment is to offer respectful, culturally aware support that acknowledges your unique path.
Through my website, norahadi.com , I extend this philosophy online, providing resources and insights for a broader audience. Here, I share my approach to mental well-being, inviting you on a journey towards a more understanding, inclusive, and accessible form of psychological support.
Sessions with me are possible in Utrecht, Amsterdam and Online. I provide individual and couple counselling sessions for adults (18+) in English, German and Arabic. One individual therapy session costs 90€ and one couple therapy session costs 120€.
