I’m Linda, co-founder of Outland Psychology and English and Estonian-speaking psychologist. My longing for new experiences led me to the Netherlands in 2020. The past years as an expat have brought me a lot of excitement and joy but also developed a deep understanding of the challenges of living abroad. These personal experiences have broadened my horizons and steered my work as a psychologist.
I graduated from the University of Tartu, Estonia with a BSc degree in Psychology, and proceeded to a Clinical and Developmental Psychopathology Research Master’s program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, followed by a Clinical Psychology Master’s program at Utrecht University.
I offer treatment for a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress and burnout, ADHD, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. With a personalized approach, I tailor the sessions to your unique life experience, cultural background, values, and aspirations. By creating a supportive and transparent space, together we uncover unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns to find healthier alternatives that serve you. My work is guided by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness Interventions. Following a holistic approach, I am also passionate about understanding and nurturing fundamental pillars of health such as sleep, nutrition, physical well-being and human connection.
You can book sessions with me in The Hague and Online. I provide sessions for adults (18+) in English and Estonian language. One individual therapy session costs 90€.
