WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT?

We require a 24-hour notice period if you cannot attend a session. Failure to do so will unfortunately lead to the full fee of the session being charged.

Understandably, unpredictable situations may happen once in a while. In these cases, please discuss possible solutions with your psychologist.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY TREATMENT QUALITY?

Providing the best quality care to you is very important to us and we are fully committed to creating a safe space where we can discuss any concerns you might have about the treatment process. We appreciate your feedback and invite you to co-create your experience together with us at all times.

According to the Wkkgz (Wet kwaliteit, klachten en geschillen zorg) law, discussing your complaint with your psychologist is the first ideal step. Sometimes a conversation about your dissatisfaction can provide clarity. However, if the concerns can’t be resolved during the sessions, NIP will help us.
