HOW TO GET STARTED
1
Find a suitable psychologist by booking your free consultation with one of our psychologists via our contact page or their personal profile.
2
After the consultation, you will have an intake session with your psychologist where she will mainly ask you different questions to understand your wellbeing, history of the problem, and map out current core issues.
3
During the therapy process, you will work on the concerns and goals based on a tailored therapy plan. Once in a while, together you will evaluate the therapy process to see if and how it has been helpful and if anything could be done differently.
4
The therapeutic relationship will naturally come to an end at one point. This will be discussed and agreed upon by both the psychologist and the client to ensure a thoughtful and supportive transition.
