Hello, I’m Aline! I'm originally from Brazil but have lived in Europe since 2014, calling both the Netherlands and the UK home at different times. Moving abroad can be a big adjustment, and I understand the ups and downs that come with it firsthand. From cultural differences to missing loved ones, it can feel like a lot to handle at times.

My passion for helping others stems from both personal experience and a deep fascination with the human mind. Since 2009, I've dedicated myself to the field of psychology. Combining evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I offer personalized therapy in a safe and supportive environment to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, and ADHD, to empower individuals to develop healthy coping mechanisms and build resilience for life's complexities. I provide mental health care in English and Portuguese to adults (18+) living in The Netherlands. Sessions with me are possible in The Hague and via video calling. One individual therapy session costs 100€.
