We are a group of psychologists who offer culture-sensitive in person and online talking therapy in English, German, Portuguese and Estonian languages for international adults in The Hague. As expats with diverse backgrounds, we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment while tailoring each session to your individual needs and concerns.

Aline is from Brazil and offers in person and online sessions in English and Portuguese.

ALINE CAVALCANTI

LINDA RANNE

Co-founder of Outland Psychology. Treats and offers support for depression and anxiety disorders, stress and burnout, ADHD, low self-esteem, adjustment issues and interpersonal difficulties.

Uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition, aims to nurture fundamental pillars of health such as sleep, nutrition, physical well-being and human connection.

Linda is from Estonia and offers in-person and online sessions in English and Estonian.

MELISSA HORN

Treats and offers support for anxiety, low mood, relationship and intimacy issues, problems with sexuality and gender and life transitions.

Uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions. Aims to create a collaborative, warm, and culturally sensitive space.


Melissa has German-Turkish background and offers in person and online sessions in English and German
