Pricing List 2026:
The costs include:
Administering and evaluating an intake form and questionnaire package as part of the intake session
10-15 minutes of post-session record keeping
Session preparation, treatment planning and evaluation
Administrative tasks (documentation, contract drafting, material preparation, etc.)
Availability for answering your questions during office hours (response time usually within 1 business day)
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend a session. This allows us to offer the appointment time to someone else. If a cancellation is made with less notice, we may need to charge the full session fee. Of course, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please feel free to discuss this with your psychologist if needed.
Reimbursement:
Outland Psychology is a private practice and does not currently hold agreements with insurance providers. Clients are therefore responsible for the payment of their session fees.
