OUTDOOR THERAPY

Outdoor Therapy is a form of talk therapy that takes place outside, typically while walking in nature. The sessions are held in the beautiful Scheveningen Bosjes, at the Scheveningen Forest Red Trail.

Getting in touch with nature and being physically active during your talking therapy session can have a wide range of health benefits, including positive effects on stress, concentration, tension, confusion, anger, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. It can decrease heart rate, blood pressure, and the risk of neurological conditions.

If you’re interested in having talking therapy while walking rather than sitting, and exploring its potential health benefits, feel free to express that to your psychologist. Together, you will discuss beforehand how the outdoor sessions would look and tailor them to your needs.

One session costs 100€ per hour. There is currently no waiting time.
